Pulmonologist 's  Response
Thanks for your question on HCM. I want to know which cancer you had in past. Since you had cancer and having nodules in lung, chances of them being malignant are more. Lungs have very reach blood supply so tumour cells can easily reach the lungs and produce malignant lesion there.
The metastatic lesions in lung has many appearances but the most common is bilateral nodules in lung known as cannon ball appearance. And you are also having weight loss. So chances of metastatic lung nodules are high. I advice you to consult oncologist and pulmonologist and discuss possibility of malignant lung nodules.
