What Could Nodules Under The Skin Of Mons Pubis Suggest?

i have a medium size nodule under my skin on the left side of the mons. There is no pain and you can manipulate it from side to side it is about the size of a golfball. I thought it could be a cyst or lymph node but i haven't been sick and it is not tender...what could it be?
