What Could On And Off Lightheadedness, Nausea And Throwing Up Indicate?
hi doctor, i have been experiencing the following symptoms lightheaded, dizziness, nauseous, flushed. one 2 occasions my co-worker even told asked me if i was OK. She said i looked pale as if i was going to pass out. She got me a glass of cold water but the minute i sipped i had to run to the bathroom to throw up. I have been having these episodes for a quite a while now. they come and go. I have had blood work done and everything is normal. at one point i was told i was borderline diabetic. to just control what i eat. I do have a family history of diabetes and hypertension.
Since when you're suffering from these episodes? Is this headache severely? Possible causes are 1. Migrainous headache with aura. 2. Meningitis with raise ICT. 3. Hypertension is episodic with encephalopathy. 4. Episodic hypocalcemia. 5. Labyrinthitis or vestibular neuronitis. Until examination, it is difficult to say what it is.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
