Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the gastric hyper acidity, arthritis of the temporo mandibuular joint, or there could be the cardiac ischemia.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an X ray, E.C.G, and other tests for confirmation.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ranitidine, paracetamol, and antacid gel till the diagnosis is established.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
