What Could Orange Oily Like Fluid Rectal Discharge Be?
Hi. Since yesterday I have been having this orange oily like fluid coming from my rectum. It smells really bad and it's somewhat uncontrollable when it happens. I feel ok, but sometimes it makes my stomach hurt. I am wondering of it's because of my lack of sleep lately or not eating that much? I just hope it's nothing too serious

This not serious condition indeed but requires treatment as it seems intestinal protozoa infection and for this I would suggest you following treatment,
1) Tab. Metronidazole 400mg twice a day for 7 days
