What Could Pain In Eyes With Black & White Spot Indicate?

My eye sometimes is painfull with a white and black in the middle dot. This however stays while the pain leaves. I just discoverd one on my other eye, but it was painless. They are on both my eye lids. This has been happening atleast a couple times a month. The firest symptoms are in the morning when I first wake up.

If they are in lid mar gin then may be blepharitis. Or infected lump In blepharitis Antibiotic ointment like neosporine ophthalmic may be applied. In infected lump oral anti biotic analgesic and phomantation may be given You should be alright with this treatment or consult an eye doctor. .
