What Could Pain In Pelvis Rapid Heart Beat During Pregnancy Suggest?

i am 12 weeks preg. and i feel fainting, sharp pains in my pelvics, and rapid heart beat, and i can never get to sleep i have to lay in bed most of the day i feel ter. i had a bad bladder infection but it is gone and i still feel this way what can be wrong? please help

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the pain might be due to muscular origin or recurrent urinary infection.So consider doing a urine examination.Take rest.Adequate fluids upto 3 litres.Avoid physical strain and take panadol for pain.
