hi I have a red bumpy area on the head of my penis, under the foreskin, and it has begun secreting a milky substance. It started as a red spot and grew out from there Ive tried neosporin but it hasnt done much. Im also a virgin. What is it and how should I treat? It does hurt sometimes.
It might some infection fungal, bacteria or candida. Regular hygiene. Use some cream containing of antifungal antibacterial and steroid. I mean a mix of it. I hope it improves quickly in a few days. If not then see a dermatologist ASAP.
