What Could Painful Kidney Cyst Suggest?

i have right flank pain with a long history wiht my right kidney. I went to the er last night but they found nothing wrong but my right side still hurts so bad. I ve had stones, infections, a stent, and now cysts. All with my right kidney. Do you know what it might be?
