What Could Painful Numbness In Neck And Calf Suggest?

I was in a car accident 2 months ago. Whole family suffered injuries. I just went back to work on 8/7 and yesterday I almost fainted at work. My HR was in the 130 s and my BP was 154/78. All blood work came back normal. I am having some dull/numbing pain on my neck on the left side and some occasional left calf pain. What could this be?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I have studied your case and I think it is a minor soft tissue injury which is causing such symptoms in you. I would recommend you to show it to a orhtopaedic surgeon and get your self checked for it, If there is any injury then he can treat you accordingly, Numbness can also be due to serum B 12 estimation, for this I would recommend you to start tablet Methylcobal and Pregabalin daily. I would also recommend you to wear a soft cervical collar and avoid keeping your neck in same position for long time,as it can be a case of cervical nerve compression due to sudden jerk. Intermittent cervical traction is also helpful for you.
