What Could Painful Testicles And Groin Area Suggest?

My right testicle is smaller than the left and is also higher than the left....I have pain sometimes, nothing unbearable more in my right abdomen area and groin more than testicle. I have seen dr. and he seemed to think nothing abnormal but something isn t right either....I do have a consistent nagging/just know it s there in testicle and it seems to sit sideways at times?? I had an accident tubing yrs ago where the water came up and hurt my testicles....had pain for cple of days but no torsion, never been the same

Hi.
Noted your history of accident in tubing where the water hit the testicles but without torsion. This was years ago.
Now the right testicle is smaller and at a higher position than the left. There is pain sometimes and sometimes there is nagging with pain in the lower abdomen and groin area.
The cause is obviously related to the trauma you had in the past.
This can cause testicular atrophy and the post trauma event caused internal scarring to pull up the right testis.

I would advise you the following:
Color doppler and ultrasonography.
An opinion of Urologist and further management as per the his advise.
I find this answer helpful
