What Could Pin Sized Dots Surrounding Upper And Lower Eye Lids Indicate?
Hi, my daughter is a healthy 22 month-old. She is approximately 31 inches tall and weighs 24 lbs. Today I noticed tiny pin-size dots surrounding her upper and lower eyelids. They are not raised and don't seem to bother my daughter. However, she has not had these "dots" before. They look like tiny red freakles if that is any help. Should I be concerned?
