Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I was driving home and everything went black I had to pull over and passed out for a few minutes. I have been tired ever since. I have had pins and needles in my whole boddy to my fingertips. I just felt dizzy again and all i am doing is sitting down. Should I go to the hospital?
