General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my surgical experience, pressure during urination in absence of infection is strongly suggestive of underlying gravels or calculus in the urinary system.

* Kindly discuss the need of ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis for further lookup in this matter.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
