What Could Profuse Bleeding Post A Miscarriage Suggest?

My daughter in law mis-carried 3 days before during 2nd month. At that time doctor tested her and told that it was completely cleaned; and nothing left inside, hence not required to perform any d & c. Ne suow she is profusely bleeding. What to do please?
