What Could Protruding Anal Muscle Mass With Pain And Constipation Indicate?

This afternoon I began to have pain in the area of my anus. It began after I strained for over a day and a half to have a bowel movement. When I checked to see what was wrong, I saw a pink peanut - shaped mass back. I don t know what it or where it came from. It makes it difficult to wall and to continue to make bms.

Protrude mass around anus is most commonly external hemorroid.
You don't mention that any blood coming in stool or not.
This mass color is pink so mostly that one is hemorroid.

Anorectal examination is helpful for diagnosis.
Some time with external hemorroids internal hemorroids are also presrnt.

Constipation problem may worsen the situation.
So avoid constipation condition by taking high fiber foods and drink more water .
