What Could Pulsing Sensation/increased Heart Rate Throughout The Body Indicate?

I can feel heat pulses or heartbeat throughout my whole body when I am really warm or just laying doing nothing. Is this normal or a warning sign for anything? I am a 15 year old male and I weigh 290 pounds and about 5'10"-6'0" tall. Thanks for your response.

Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that this feeling could be related to anxiety or physical stress, especially in overweight persons.

Vasodilation in the skin vessels could also explain this feeling.

There is nothing to worry about.

I recommend you to try to lose weight, modify your diet ( reduce fat and carbohydrates and take a lot of fibers, vegetables, etc) and perform a lot of physical activity.

Hope to have been helpful!

Best wishes!
