What Could Raised, Rough To Touch, Red Spot On Shaft Of Penis Mean?
My husband has a raised red spot on the shaft of his penis. It is rough to the touch. It started out very small and is now about the size of my fingernail. He thinks it s from rubbing inside his pants even though he wears boxers. Any help on what it could be and what we can do to treat it?

Looking at history it seems to be a case of STI probably Chnacroid or syphilitic ulcer
please take him to doctor for detailed examination and a battery of tests
meanwhile maintain good hygiene
practice safety sex use condom until it cures completely
