What Could Rectal Leak With Itch And Rashes On Backs, Limbs And Abdomen?

I have very bad rectal itching it is so bad that it is scard there is leakage constantly, now I have a bad itchy rash on my back ,arms, stmoach, I have used every cream available from the doctors, I have been on prednisone 50mg for 5 days and then 20mg for 5 days, at present I am nystatin/betagerm0.1%/ mupirocin 1:1:1. I also have been taking oatmeal baths as well this has been going on for over 3 weeks. I have also taken antihistamine,allernix,, benadryl ,cetirizine hydrochloride 20mg and now she has me on sinequan . Would the rash on my body be caused by the rectal leaking.

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of itching over rectal area very badly, that has spread to the body. You have been given Prednisolone, nystatin, betagerm, mupirocin, oatmeal baths, antihistamines and all as mentioned.
No, this can not occur due to rectal leakage unless you have scratched with nails and have implanted the infection all over the body.
I would advise you the following:
Get the blood, stool and other tests.
Have additional treatment of medicines for worms.
Multivitamins to increase the resistance power.
Try to find out the factors that are causing these; it may be pollen in the garden nearby, molds and mildews in the house, scents, fumes, dust and anything.
Try to avoid these and you may be fine.
