What Could Red Bumps On Scrotum Indicate?
Hi i reff football and during my third game there was a pain on my leg next to my scrotum I got home put lotion and then I reffed more games the day after but then I noticed a ton of small red bumps everywhere on my scrotum I m honestly terrified about it i have no Idea what it is it might be boils I read up about it but still help I m terrified

Hi,
You seem to have developed an allergic skin disease due to application of the lotion.
You should avoid applying any kind of skin irritants like dettol, spirit over it.
You might need to apply a topical steroid cream over the affected area twice a day for few days.
Take some oral antihistamines along.
See a nearby dermatologist if the condition tends to persist despite this therapy.
You might need a course of oral steroids.
