What Could Redness In Eyes With Pressure On Forehead Suggest?

I have redness in both corners of my eye and a burning like pressure sensation on the left side of my forehead, I ve been worried the last few days about my health as when I woke a few weeks back my right eye was stuck in the right position and I had a bad headache for a few days with shakyness and even speech problems also extreme tiredness, I have an mri in a week but i would like some info on what this could been,

it could be migraine. take mygranil starting from one tablet to increase up to 6 tablet. till symptoms are relieved. you should get relief in few days.
