What Could Ringing Or Pulsating Sensations In The Ear With Dizziness Suggest?

So I woke up this morning and my right ear felt like I had alot of wax or something in it. I quit thinking about it and it stopped bothering me but now on and off today it keeps happening but it both ears. It almost sounds like water or something and almost sounds like my pulse maybe. But also I have gotten light-headed and dizzy...not sure what I should do....please help!

Read and understood your concerns:
Understood that you woke up in the morning with a feeling of wax in both the ears, followed by light headedness and dizziness.
It sounds like water and pulse in the ears.
This indicates that you have URTI and the infection has traversed to both the ears in the middle ear cavity giving fluid or so.
I would advise you to consult your Family Physician for examination and getting a prescription of an antibiotic, oral and nasal decongestant medicines, anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen and so on.
Take this a 1 to 3 weeks and you will be completely fine.
