ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello and welcome to health care magic,

You seem to have a eustachian tube block or dysfunction which is a common problem and nothing to worry about. you can do these:
-take steam inhalation three times in a day
-take an antihistamine like levocetrizine for two weeks
-do the popping action you described whenever possible

If you do not get better then you must take an audiometry and impedance and get back to me or any ENT with the report

regards

Dr Sriram nathan
