What Could Sensation Of Something In Upper Throat While Swallowing With History Of Acid Reflux And On Paraprazole Mean?

Hello Doctor, I have a sensation of something in my upper throat while swallowing since last two weeks, but could eat and drink well. I don t feel huge pain, but in the mornings I feel a little bit. I have used Strepsils etc., but no improvement. I have been suffering from acid reflex and at present taking Paraprazole tablets since last two months. Please advise me. Krishna

I have read your quey and understand your concern . As far as sensation in upper throat while swallowing is concerned this can be due throat infection or due to acid reflux . For this I will suggest you to consult Ent surgeon for clinical examination and inmeantime do warm saline gargle 2 to 3times a day . You can take medicine lime Azithromycin by consulting with local doctor .
