Hi I had a hysterectomy a year ago I still have my right ovary nothing else. ive been having pain in that area as well as bloating stomach problems weight loss for a few months now. I just had a trans vag US it showed I have a 4.4x3.6x2.6cm cyst contains 3.7x3.1 x2.1cm complex appearing septated cyst with questionable focus of mural nodularity...... im very worried should I be

You need to undergo blood test like CA 125 , HE 4, ROMA index.
This will help to identify whether the lesion is cancerous or not.
According to that the decision is to be made whether you require removal of cyst or not.
