What Could Severe Headache Caused By Slightest Hit Indicate?

As long as I can remember, I have been having headache almost everyday. What triggers it is usually when I jump, or when somebody tap my head or the jerking movement while travelling in any vehicle... can you please explain to me what is happening in my head that even the slightest hit is causing me to have severe headache more almost 6-10 hours.

Neurologist 's  Response
Hello dear,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com. I understand your concern. The pattern of headache you are having,i.e,headache triggering while jumping or somebody tapping the head,is likely a variant of 'Tension type headache' or 'stress headache'.It will improve with some mental relaxation exercises/yoga.However, a neurological examination by a neurologist/physician is warranted to see for any neurological deficit and papilledema. If that turns out to be the case, a brain imaging like computerised tomographic scan(CT scan) of head may be needed to exclude some secondary cause of headache.I hope it helps.
