What Could Severe Headache With Vision Blackouts During Pregnancy Indicate?

Out of no wear my I started to get a terrible headache with a big pulse that I'm able to feel and my vision went black and white but at the same time I'm super dizzy and weak and I want to throw up is this something I should be worrying about because I'm pregnant ?

It is not clear about how many months you are carrying ?
During advance pregnancy there is possibility of increasing blood pressure due to toxemia of pregnancy.
Consult your Obst. immediately and get examined.
