What Could Sharp Breast Pain With Dizziness Suggest?

Hello. I am 42 y/o f. I have been having a burning pain in what i thought was my left breast that started about a week ago. about two days ago i started getting dizzy and almost fainted at work. I am really tired all the time and have been nauseous. now the pain seems to be in my chest and back.It burns and sometimes it it sharp. I feel really weird and uncomfortable. it is getting a little worse every day.

Hello, this sounds like it could be cardiac or reflux (heartburn). I would seek medical attention for your symptoms as you could benefit from an electrocardiogram (ECG) and labwork to determine the cause for your symptoms. One more thing you should check is a pregnancy test.
