What Could Sharp Chest Pain With Dizziness & Vomiting Suggest?

what could be the reason my heart hurts and feels like needle poking it for 5 hours now, why do i have HORRIBLE right chest pain at night usually staring at 1 AM with dizziness, fainting, vomiting and feeling like dying.it happens so often now since 2012. is it something wrong with my liver or heartburn. i think i have silence heartburn. thank you so much for help, Joanna. used to have pylori bacteria twice before.

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you are having mostly GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux disease).
But better to get done ECG to rule out cardiac cause first.
If ECG is normal than no need to worry much for cardiac cause.
You mostly have GERD only. For GERD ,along with drugs, following lifestyle modifications are needed.
1. Avoid stress and anxiety.
2. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals
3. Avoid hot and spicy food.
4. Go for walk after meals.
5. Keep 2-3 pillows under head in bed to avoid reflux.
6. Loose weight if you are obese.
7. Avoid smoking and alcohol if you have these habits.
