What Could Sharp Pain In Bottom Of Back, Difficulty In Straightening Legs With History Of Injury Suggest?

Hi, I had a car crash 2 years ago and when it happened I had my right foot pressed on the break when someone went into the back of my car. I felt a sharp pain in the bottom of my back. It still bothers me now. Sometimes it s worse than others and it affects me most in bed, I cannot lay with my legs out straight and cannot lie flat on my back. The pain is on the right hand side really low down and goes slightly into the top of my butt. Any idea what I have injured here?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I appreciate your concern you had a history of accident and guess you must have gone through the X-ray test at that time and you have not given the nature of injury of that time, now the symptoms might not be related with the past accident, this could be kind of muscular problem, and nothing to take with the accident if still you have doubt then this need to be investigated again, hope this information helps you have nice day.
