I found a pea sized bump near the clitoris. The bump was slightly tender and I put a warm compress on it. Within 48 hours I examined it again and white puss came out followed by a small amount of blood. The bump has gone down significantly, but seems to still be slightly swollen. It also itches, but very slightly and this is only really when I touch it. What is this? Does it require medical attention?
