What Could Sore Throat With White Crust On Tonsils Indicate?
Hi, for the last 2 days my throat has been sore and swollen. I looked yesterday and there is white crust on my right tonsil and also small spots of black. I have terrible pain swallowing, have fevers, lost appetite, feeling sick but not actually thrown up. Can you help?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Examination is very important the picture seems to be membranous tonsillitis. But, culture and sensitivity and direct microscopy of the specimen of the membrane should be done.
Besides, broad-spectrum antibiotics after the test dose should be started along with good analgesics.
