Hello dear
Understand your concern
As your tubes was tied chance of ectopic/tubal pregnancy pregnancy will be high.
And symptoms like spotting, headache and tender abdomen are presumptive symptoms of ectopic pregnancy. Home pregnancy test may be give negative result in the tubal pregnancy. I advised you to consult the gynecologist as early as possible. Go for USG scan to diagnosed tubal pregnancy and should be treated by laparoscopic surgery.
Other cause like ovarian cyst and PCOS should be rule out.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
