What Could Stiff Knee, Difficulty Walking And Standing With History Of Fall Indicate?
hello, so my name is joshua, and this happened recently. i would just like to have some knowledge to have a general idea of how bad my injury is...i fell after running last night. i could jog it out just a little but i could not run. after i woke up today i could not move my leg anymore. My knee feels stiff and i believe i sprained it. The pain is located behind my knee, and after attempting to sit down i can barely stand and walk after a while. I believe i probably tore my PCL, would you concur?
Hi Just get x ray done to rule out any fracture. Because stiff knee painful walking are clue to fracture. Beside this without clinical examination it is difficult to diagnose pcl tear. But till you get your x ray done wear knee brace apply ice over it and walk non weight bearing on affected limb. You should consult orthopaedic surgeon. Get well soon. Thank you.
