Hello,
I have gone through your query. If you induced the abortion yourself through self-medication and did not have any follow up sonogram to rule out any retained products, then, I should say that you are lucky enough not to have had any infection or heavy bleeding. Your description of the discharge mostly goes in favor of a retained product of conception which has been expelled through a uterine contraction. This was the cause of the stomach ache. In the current scenario, I would suggest a proper clinical appraisal by a specialist to plan further management. Take care.
