What Could Stressed Eyes With Difficulty Focusing After Watching TV Indicate?

From time to time after watching tv my eyes can t focus if I look up. It is almost as if they are crossed but they are not. I get strain in dominate eye (left eye) and if I continue to look up it seems to almost click and then I can see fine. This doesn t happen all the time and after I sleep it goes away. This only happens once in a great while. But it s really annoying. What could it be?

to much of observing tv may cause dry eye. should not watch TV in dark. it may strain eyes and set in attack of glaucoma. should put an anti glare screen before TV screen. however refraction of your eyes should be done.
