Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history of sudden onset of sweating, over heated body nausea, dizziness and need to make bowel movement and related other symptoms. All these indicate one of the following things: Intestinal infection with bacterimia or septicemia. IBS is irritable bowel syndrome. Vaso-vagal syndrome. I would advise you the following: Send the stool and blood for testing. Clinical evaluation by a Doctor to assess the general status and local problems as discussed above. Proper treatment, further investigations if required and treatment as per the reports can give you relief.
