What Could Sudden Pain, White, Blotchy Patch On Lower Helix Of Ear, With Hard, Hot Bumps On It Indicate?

Very suddenly today the lower helix of my ear began to hurt and feel hot to the touch. I also noticed some hard bumps. I felt my other ear to compare and felt some bumps too, which I assume is the cartilage, however the bumps on the hot ear are much more prominent and almost feel sharp. I took some pictures as I couldn t get a look in the mirror and noticed a white, blotchy, patch where the pain is. What is this?

Hi Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the allergic reaction, of the ear. The allergy may be due to the food, cosmetics, or or medicine, etc.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms citrizine, betamethasone, and ofloxacin.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts and
protein rich food, which helps the medicine to cure.
Wising for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
