Hi, welcome to our site. I am Dr Saumya Mittal, MD.
Read your query. That is a very significant question and i appreciate your problem. I will try my best to answer your query
maybe you should seriously check your sugars. they may be running high. the addition of things like coke and chocolate bars to diet increases the sugar levels. in fact there is a spike of sugar which may tax the already strained
insulin.
When one develops
hyperglycemia, or high sugars, you run a risk of getting into a condition called diabetic
ketoacidosis. The features you have mentioned could be a part of this syndrome easily.
Suggest testing sugars- FBS, PPBS, HbA1c- urgently.
I hope this helps you. Inform the reports mentioned above/if any other so I can be of help further.
I have given you the answer to the maximum considering the information provided. The results of the tests could further enhance my answer to you.
