What Could Swollen Bumps On Wrist With Bruises Suggest?

Okay.So I fell and..well landed on my wrist :( I really doubt it s broken but there is a bump on it and it hurts bad to touch it.I can move my fingers and my hand up a down slightly without pain.It hurts to move it up and down fast though.The bump is swelled up and bruised a bit.Even if I stoke the area near the bump I feel pain.Please tell me what you think it is and if I need to get something to help it.

Hi, Welcome to health care magic. Most probably you are suffering from fracture of lower end radius or ulna or any small wrist carpels. Please get an x ray done. Take analgesics. Do not move it apply crepe and visit ortpaedician. Hope your query get answered. Welcome for further queries.
