What Could Swollen Limbs, Increased Thirst And Urination With Severe Fatigue Indicate?

Hi my name is claudia and am a 45 year old women, my question is that am always tired and sleepy, i sleep a lot and am thirsty all the time and have to pee a lot and just a few month ago my ankles have stared to become swollen, my hands sometime become swollen also.what is wrong with me.

Your symptoms can be because of a disease process the early you get diagnosis and treatment the better it is. If you were my patient I would suggest you to go for fasting and random blood sugar levels, TSH, urinalysis, urea creatinine and electrolyte level, CBC and ESR. Do you have fever? or joint pain?
