What Could The Blisters On Arm Be Suggestive Of?

Hey I went on a three day late-May boating trip, and seemed to have gotten fried on the tips of my ears. It didnt quite blister like your arm might, but if you pinch the skin with tweezers, a little, the skin comes off all slimy; thus, leaving brand new super sensitive flesh. Any suggestions, tips, cautions? Thanks!!!

Hello,

As per your case history, you have a polymorphic light eruption.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with SPF more than 30.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like Fusiderm-b cream twice daily on the affected skin.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetirizine twice daily for seven to ten days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
