I have a small bump on the right side of my forehead at the hair line. It is hard in consistency and is about 3/4 of an inch in size. It does not hurt but I have noticed that it has grown in the past year (I ve had it for as long as I can remember). What is it?
This could be a small subcutaneous nodule such as a calcific deposit, sebaceous cyst, or lipoma. If you can send a picture I may have an easier time identifying it although being able to palpate and measure it is best (obviously).
If you get to a Dermatologist I'm sure they can tell you what it is and how to best approach the lesion.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
