Welcome to health care magic.

1.There are tow possibility according to your history. First is lymph nodal enlargement which is seen in localised or systemic infection / inflammation.
2.Second is vascular cause which can be suspected in pregnancy like venous insufficiency causing bulges.
3.Finally localised infective aetiology with collection of pus - hair follicular infection.
4.It need to get examined and a ultrasound scan will help to know the nature of the lump and its source and extensions.
5.So get an appointment and get treated. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
