What Could The Hard Lumps On Each Shin Bone Indicate?

I have a small hard lumps on each shin bone and one on the right hand side of my head just at my hairline they are painless. The ones on my shins have bruising but i havent bumped or damage them in anyway i was wondering if you could shed any light on these.

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some fibrosis or some hypertrophic scar or benign tumour. If it doesn't hurt then no treatment is required. If it hurts you or you want to remove it then go for excision biopsy and then histopathological examination.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
