What Could The Lump Behind Ear Indicate?

I am 31 yr old female. I seem to have a lump behind my right ear, on the bone. It is painless. I noticed it about a week back. I am battling lice and nits. Somebody told me this could cause the bump. Will the bump go away if once Iam free of lice and nits?

Yes it is likely that the lump is due o the lice and will disappear once the infection is taken care of. i would like you to meet your skin doctor for examination and further advice.
