What Could The Mouth Spots Be?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... hi, I m have little white dots in my mouth that seem to disapear a little when I sleep.however,wen I m up and out n a bout? I see them agine . There located inside my my mouth to the right in side the skin? Can t feel them but I see em. Jus a small portion u can t see unless I strecth my lips open with my fingers.dosnt hert,burn,orenything I wash my mouth out with peroxied (oral germs infection) and as I say it dosnt hurt,or spreaded eny were else,however I seen it for bout a month . What might that be?

Hi,

It can be swelling of minor salivary gland due to some trauma or burn. Since it doesn't hurt or enlarge, it is okay. It will subside on its own. If it starts hurting, it is better to surgically remove it.
