What Could The Ovaries And Bruised Kidney Growth Be?

Hi, my sister has a 20cm+ uterine fibroid - and has had this for over 12mnths. She went to the Dr today and had an ultrasound. The Dr has now found a 20cm growth on her ovaries and bruised kidneys. What can this other growth be and what whaat cause the bruised kidneys?
