What Could The Pain In Abdomen And Clitoris Be Related To?
I have a pain(every so often) that goes from my belly button down to my clitorus. Usually it happens when I stand up but it feels like something is pulling to the point where it's about to tear and it makes me drop to my knees. Is it something serious? I've had three kids and get my periods regually, but I have been getting this pain ever since I've had my first child who is now 6. What's wrong with me?

Thanks for writing to HCM.
The pain could be due to post operative adhesions if you have had your child by C-section.
To confirm that you need to undergo diagnostic laparoscopy & subsequent release of adhesions if present.
Other possibility is of ureteric stone. As they may also present with similer symptoms.
For confirmation you need to undergo ultrasound scan of your abdomen.
