I noticed about a month ago that i had a painless invisible lump on the inside of my bottom lip i thought at first i had just bitten it but it stuck around and is seriously starting to worry me theres no sore, head, or mark on the lump i can just feel it with my tongue... im 22 years old and am a smoker and drinker which makes me super nervous about cancer.. and just today I noticed I had a strange aftertaste in my mouth which makes me even more nervous.... is it cancer....
